These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://squishiii.com and any purchase made through it (the "Service"), operated by Squishiii. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Mystery Box Products

Squishiii products are sold as randomized "mystery box" items. The specific character you receive within a purchased pack size is selected at random and cannot be chosen, guaranteed, or exchanged for a different character after purchase, except as described in our Returns policy.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided on each product page and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

See our Returns policy on individual product pages. Unless stated otherwise, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squishiii shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
